Oosawa Chiaki, born November 19, 1981, is a voice actress (seiyuu). She was born in Tokyo, Japan. Her blood type is B. She formerly affiliated with Holy Peak. She is married since 2006.

Oosawa graduated from Kanda Hitotsubashi Junior High School and afterwards from the Tokyo Metropolitan Katsushika Commercial High School, before she became a voice actress. Following her marriage in 2006 she stopped all activities for a limited time.
