He is an alien who crashed on earth and is seeking help from people to find the coins which dropped on earth. He gives anyone who returns him a coin a special power relating to their wishes and states as more coins are gathered, even more amazing stuff can happen such as turning them into giants or even give them power strong enough to destroy the planet. He doesn't have a fixed body and simply uses a body most suitable for living on the planet and seems to have the ability to replicate anyone's appearance just by eating their hair.
