Meigo Arisa is a level 0 esper. She is a singer who is aiming for a debut, and later, while performing in roadside concerts, wins an audition for the image song of the opening campaign for Endymion. She has a relation to a certain mystery, and according to Stiyl Magnus, could likely cause a war between the magic side and the science side.

She was born from the wish of Shutaura Sequenzia during the Orion accident.
