He is a tall skinny man with a large nose and moustache, just like his counterpart Grocky in Time Bokan.
He is clever, lecherous and largely responsible for the creation of the giant mechas used by the Dorombo Gang. He usually appears naked according to his comic Bogeboge Boyacky (ボゲボゲボヤッキー).
