Chisato is the shop owner of "Prism Stone" and Rinne's guardian who loves to eat sweets. Although she looks like a human, she is actually a penguin with brown hair and her body is a robot. By the looks, she is often mistaken as a peach-colored kappa.

Chisato is also a messenger from the Prism World, like Rinne. Following Naru, Ito and Ann's graduation from Prism Stone, she struggles in finding a capable manager to replace Naru.
