Cicada is a servant to Maestro Delphine Eraclea and the elder brother of Lucciola. He is skilled in hand-to-hand combat and prevents Alex Row from assassinating Delphine when the Guild boards the Silvana. However, Lucciola kills him in combat in front of Delphine after Claus, Alvis, and Dio escape from the Guild stronghold.
