He is a military who is very eager to find Ryvius and destroy it. During Ryvius's first flight his daughter died and because of it he is so fanatic.

[spoiler]After seeing Neya in Gespenst he tells his people that there are only children on Ryvius and orders to rescue them. After that he shoots himself with a gun.
