Colleague of Kaburagi during his days as a warrior who worked as a Balancer, but Kaburagi acting on his own had lead to Donatello eventually being fired as a Balancer and sent to the Bug Correction Facilitity. A barbaric man who is proud of his physical strength, he keeps the cyborgs in the Facility in line.
