Frost is a fighter selected on Champa's team for the 5v5 match against Beerus. He is the Universe 6 counterpart of Freeza. He plays the image of a savior to those affected greatly in war-torn regions when in reality he is the one who starts these fights so that he can make money off the land he "saves" and look good to the public.

He fights Goku and Piccolo in the second and third match respectively, but is able to win via cheating: a drug-inducing needle he has hidden in the slits of his arm. He is then emphatically beaten by Vegeta in one blow.
Frost later gets erased from existence by Zeno during the Tournament of Power.
