She is the author for the WIXOSS novel series. She is a selector who was originally a LRIG and her name isn't even Futase Fumio. She was originally Fumio's LRIG, and Fumio names her Futase. Futase then grants Fumio's wish to become a novelist for life and becomes Fumio while the actual Fumio is now a LRIG.
