Gotou Genkai is the captain of the tuna fishing boat (Kikokumaru - The Ogre) seen in episode 25 of School Rumble Season 1. He has a very large build, and caution should be taken when in close proximity. He was a manga artist before becoming a fisherman, and has published many titles. His debut title was "1, 2 no Maguro," which Harima read after his fishing adventures and claimed to be boring.

Maguro is Japanese for tuna.
