She is the former president of the school's yacht club where upon graduating she transfers the club's leadership to Lynn. She belongs to a wealthy and highly influential family who owns the Hugh and Dolittle interstellar transport where her uncle is the current head.
She was forced by her uncle to marry a politician to keep her from inheriting the company, so she therefore hatched a plan to escape with Lynn's help to hire the services of Marika.

She establishes her own interstellar travel company called " Fairy Jane" and she is in a lesbian relationship with Lynn.
