Joey is a mechanic who lives and works in Emporium. Ever cheerful, he’s a feisty, down-to-earth kind of guy. He and Honoka have a close, casual friendship (though he does seem to get a little jealous when Honoka’s around other guys…). Joey is great with machines, and dreams of one day becoming a great Technos, as skilled as Zankan.
