Kanako is a character from Tomoyo After. She had a short cameo appearance in Clannad (episode 6).

Takafumi (Tomoyo's brother) ex-girlfriend who had shown dissatisfaction from seeing her mother remarry and thus does not like to live at home. In effect, she becomes a freeloader in Tomoya's apartment. She has a foul mouth and is excessively sarcastic. Her favorite food is ice cream, and it is never revealed what her surname is.
