Karl Fei-Ong

Karl is one of Diva's Chevalier and the chairman of the all girls school in Vietnam that Saya attends. He is later revealed to be the mysterious phantom of the school who gives out blue roses to his victims. After losing his arm to an out-of-control Saya during the Vietnam War, Karl became obsessed with reenacting the encounter. This obsession eventually proves to be his undoing.
