Kazuhiko is a Human Assassin-Knight and a former member of the Debauchery Tea Party whose first appearance in the second season of the anime adaption was episode 12. He currently resides in Minami, now a member of Plant Hwyaden. He is powerless to stop Indicus's plans and thus can only try to protect the citizens of the city. He leads the Wolves of Mibu, a subdivision of Plant Hwyaden that serves more as Kazuhiko's private army.

Although he seems to use the Sword Dancer build, he combined it with the Fencer Style skill to create his own build that focuses on one blade.
