Kiyoshirou is one of Hibino's classmates. He is a short guy with big dreams of studying painting in France. He works a part time job to make money so can afford to go aboard. He has a crush on Michiru, which is mutual, but they never seem to act on it. He is very strong for his size but isn't very good at fighting.
