Kuma is a new arrival in the neighborhood, with fur so thick, he looks enormous, especially in the head, with a tiny little face. He is very proud and refers to himself with the archaic and lordly "wagahai" personal prounoun (in reference to Souseki Natsume's famous book I Am a Cat. He wants nothing more than to be a house cat, though, and wear a collar proudly.
