Souta's Giftia, who tries her best to raise him after his parent's death.

Unfortunately she is kidnapped prior to her retrieval, and ends up a Wanderer, which is what Giftia who aren't reclaimed in time turn into.

She nearly kills Souta, until Tsukasa shoots her with a virus to terminate her operating system. Her eyes change back to their normal state before she dies.
