Debut: Episode 1 "Tempestuous Temperaments"

The local magistrate first seen ordering Jin and Mugen's execution. In flashback we see him extorting taxes from the local populace, having his Yagyuu guards defeated by Jin, and arresting and torturing Jin and Mugen for a crime they did not commit.

He is killed by Jin after attempted execution.
