The owner of a rival beach house and the father of Ayumu Tokita. He's a strong, competitive man who often tries to take advantage of Ika Musume's popularity to gain support for his own beach house. He's also seen having a high level of mechanical experience and enjoys boasting about his inventions.


Despite his angry and blunt nature, he cares very much for his daughter and is grateful to Ika Musume and her friends for helping Ayumu to overcome her shyness.
