Mulligan
マリガン
Mulligan is Char's aide after he joins the Mad Angler squadron and follows alongside him to Jaburo, then to space aboard the Zanzibar. He's loyal to Char and rather mild-mannered. He is killed when White Base destroys the Zanzibar in episode 41.
