Naomi is a Level 6 Telekinetic. She is 16 years old and attends high school even though she is an esper. She is also known by her codename "Kitty Cat," or really, "Wild Cat."
She is a typical bishoujo character, but at the same time she is a bit like "tennen boke," being naive and making mistakes here and there.
