The Anaheim Electronics engineer who accompanies Nina aboard the Albion. Like many Anaheim employees, he's a treacherous fellow with dubious loyalties, and after the Albion arrives at Torrington he helps Gato infiltrate the base and steal the Gundam GP02A.
