A genin from Hidden Rain, Oboro specializes in genjutsu along with his teammates Mubi and Kagari. They are bested by Naruto in the Forest of Death and lose their scroll. They later reappear as hired henchmen attempting to sabotage a race in the Tea Country, only to be bested by Naruto once again.
