The former president of Nogizaka's company. He is Nogizaka Gentou's father. Somehow Ouki is a fearsome figure amongs Nogizaka's clients that even the president of Shuterland company has to bow before him (along with his stupid son). He seems have some interest with Yuuto's personality.
