Pang is a colonel of the Earth Sphere Federation's regular army. He attempts to expose the corrupt A-Laws by leading a coup in the Africa Tower. Hercury is Sergei's friend dating back to their start in HRL military academy. They formed a long term friendship that lasted for many years until duty resulted the two out of touch.
