Porlyusica is a lonely old healer living in a forest outside of Magnolia town. She is withdrawn and reclusive because she doesn't like humans. She is the apocathary for Fairy Tail and it is suggested that she and Makarov have a history together.

She is the Grandine from Edolas. However in no way can she transform into a dragon, she is 100% human. Makarov found her and helped her settle on Earthland. Revealed in chapter 260.
