Puko was a Lemures used by Tiger's Eye to distract Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon while he attacked Saori. She, like Gum Mario and Elephanko, took on the form of a ball at times.

When Tiger's Eye found out that Saori did not have Pegasus in her Dream Mirror, he instructed Puko to kill her. Puko instead decided to attack Mamoru, who had been with Saori when Tiger's Eye attacked. Super Sailor Moon jumped in the way of this attack in order to save Mamoru's life, and was almost suffocated by the Lemures. Her selfless action managed to move Puko to tears, but that did not stop her attack. Mamoru ripped himself free of the throwing knives with which Tiger's Eye had pinned him down and used one of them to stab Puko. Puko burst and went flying off as she deflated. She tried to patch the hole and reinflate herself, but Sailor Moon destroyed her with Moon Gorgeous Meditation before she succeeded.
