Raguel is a mysterious young man and an exorcist for the "Hand of God", who shares a connection with Kevin/Uriel. He is very devoted to Kevin/Uriel and is aware of his conflicted loyalties to William and Heaven. In the anime, Raguel is shown to be an angel that serves under Uriel's command.
