The brother of Rabura. He was once a part of the Qmay organization and an avid one at that. But as he started to realize the effects of Qmay if they were to be successful he ran away with the current project known as a bear named W (Muhi).

Later in a car accident the same car Randou was using to escape with Muhi, Muhi escapes and is later taken in by his current owner Ito.
