Seo is a first year student of Kazemai High School and one of the three female members of the archery club. She is the most experienced in archery among the girls in the club. She wears a boy-cut hairstyle. Her composed personality coupled with her tall stature makes her really popular among the girls. She is close friends with Shiragiku and Hanazawa – the other two female members of the club.
