Age 17, Ryuhou Ryu (romanized as Ryuhou in the English manga and Ryuho in the English anime) is widely regarded as the strongest HOLY member. Ryuhou develops a strong rivalry with Kazuma, the only native alter on Lost Ground to escape HOLY, continuously foil HOLY's plans afterwards, and fight Ryuhou one-on-one without being defeated instantly. Ryuhou is extremely strict, refuses to talk about his mother, and does his job without any distractions. Known by Mimori Kiryu, Ryuhou's personality has changed in a full circle to a new person.
