Sapi (サピー, Sapii) was the fish salesman who sold Sanji the Elephant Tuna Fish. In the anime, he met with Sanji, but did not sell him the fish. Instead, he told him of the competition for which the fish would be the prize for.

He has a small ponytail that resembles a fish fin.
