Kinchou Seiran is a daughter from the Kinchou tanuki clan in Shikoku. She is an energetic girl that likes to dig holes. She took a ride in the Fake Eizan Electric Train before, but Yajirou does not seem to remember that (probably because he was too drunk at the time).
