Arata Shimozuru (下鶴改) is a forward and the ace striker of Mikage Sennou. In the game against Raimon he stopped Gouenji's Fire Tornado but at a cost. In the end he said they had a good time. He reapeared in the FFI arc, where plays for Neo Japan.
