Simon is a character that Kujo met on the train going to Beelzebub's Skull for the event Phantasmagoria. He works for a clock manufacturing company and he knows a lot about science and urban myths.

He does not believe in supernatural events and was killed by Morella Fell when he tried to prove the Fell sister's performance to be a hoax.
