Tekka Uchiha (うちはテッカ, Uchiha Tekka) was a member of the Konoha Military Police. He questioned Itachi about the apparent suicide of Shisui Uchiha with Inabi Uchiha and Yashiro Uchiha. He was killed by Itachi along with the rest of the Uchiha clan.
