Quon's younger brother. The kanji for his name mean "a long, old story." Towa always believed in using one's abilities to help others, whether they were family or strangers. It is believed that Towa's abilities are the strongest ever conceived.

Towa and Quon lived a carefree life in their village some thousand or so years ago, until their people were slaughtered and Towa sealed himself in crystal, both as protection an as an escape from the sin he had committed that had led to his clan's massacre: helping an outsider.

During the events of Chapters 5 and 6, Kamishiro seeks to steal Towa's power for himself, and forcefully awakens Towa from his hibernation.
