Yeager is Godwin's assistant and Director of the Neo Domino Security Division. Whilst generally composed, he gets rather jittery under pressure. He also appears to have a thing for cup ramen. He uses a 'Jester Deck', which focuses largely around the use of trap cards to power up monsters and hamper the opponent. It has been revealed that he has a wife and son.

An alternative version of Yeager resides in Synchro Dimension. In one episode his face was seen depicted on the City's money bills when a shower of them rained down. He made an appearance in person in another episode, sipping a beverage with a companion in a helicopter while watching a duel.
