She is ruler of the east coast provice and the daimyo closest to conquering Japan. She is vain, arrogant and always like to pick on her servant, Matsudaira when she is having a bad mood by having her be the goal keeper when she's playing soccer with her crude ball.

In ep.3 and 4, she nearly conquered Owari but was defeated, and was about to be killed by Katsuie when Sagara intervened to spare her life.
