A detective in Japan, and also Selecao's No. 4. After spending almost all of his money without acomplishing the mission given by Mr. Outside, he steals Akira's cellphone in order to take possession of his cash, but his plans are flustered when he is informed by Juiz that a Selecao's money can only be used by its rightful owner.
